How we charge

We are very flexible as far as our charges and fee is concerned. We charge usually on hourly basis. However, you can discuss with us the possibility of quoting you single-fee for a particular work.

For regular work, it is possible for us to work on monthly retainer-ship fee. This is very cost-effective for you.

Payment options

Rajeev Goswami & Associates provides flexible payment options to clients. You can pay via Telegraphic Transfer (further details re: account number, bank name, sort code, swift code etc shall be provided when required), or by Credit Card via PayPal.

For regular clients, we have float system in existence, by which you can keep some money in 'float' with us so that in the event of delay in payments against invoices, your work does not get suffered at our end. Amount of 'float' will depend on quantum of work.

He has been associated with prestigious companies like Motorola India Ltd, Dockendale Shipping Corporation Ltd (Bahamas), Nucleus Software Exports Ltd, HCL Technologies Ltd among a host of other companies. Prior to launching his own Firm, he was a Partner in a prominent Indian Law Firm. Currently, he is focussed only on providing cost-effective and quality oriented legal outsourcing services to US and European clients.
