  Now, a proud Managing Partner of a high-quality legal KPO in India, Rajeev Goswami's career has seen him associated with the best of companies and law firms in India and abroad. Given below is a brief account of his vast experience.

  From September 2003 to August 2004, Rajeev Goswami worked as Partner and Head - Intellectual Property Practice in LexCorp - Advocates & Solicitors, a reputed Law Firm in India. He was responsible for Intellectual Property practice management of the firm. Here, he was heading the team working for the creation, management and protection of Patents, Trademarks, Cyber Laws, Designs, Geographical Indications and Copyright for the clients of the Firm.

  During September 2001 - August 2003, Rajeev Goswami practised independently as a Company Secretary. During this period, he provided his services to many companies. Some of the companies to which he provided Corporate Legal Consultancy are Motorola India Limited, Gurgaon, Star Wire India Limited, New Delhi, Dockendale Shipping Company Limited, Bahamas (USA), Quadra Advisory Services Pvt. Ltd., New Delhi, Eagle International Limited, Kolkata etc.

  During March 2000 - August 2001, he worked in the Secretarial and Legal departments of HCL Technologies Limited, NOIDA, India's leading IT services provider and Citicorp Maruti Finance Limited, New Delhi, an NBFC and India's leading Auto Loan Company.

Team leader

The team is headed by Rajeev Goswami, a multi-talented, experienced and qualified lawyer. He holds Chartered Secretary qualification from ICSA, UK. He also holds Law degree from Delhi University and Company Secretary qualification from ICSI, India. He is also a diploma holder in Intellectual Property laws from World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO), Geneva.

He is member of Indian Council of Arbitration, Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of UK, and Bar Council of Delhi.

He has been associated with prestigious companies like Motorola India Ltd, Dockendale Shipping Corporation Ltd (Bahamas), Nucleus Software Exports Ltd, HCL Technologies Ltd among a host of other companies. Prior to launching his own Firm, he was a Partner in a prominent Indian Law Firm. Currently, he is focussed only on providing cost-effective and quality oriented legal outsourcing services to US and European clients.
